Our very own Katherine Druckman aka the Webmistress at Linux Journal has a secret. She studied at the Bard Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts, Design and Culture, and is from a long line of amazing art collectors here in Texas. She had a short stint over at Sotheby’s before she decided to join the passionate Linux Crusaders on their open source missions. Katherine is overflowing with information about ceramics, art, and collector pieces.
Food, Wine, Great Company, Conversation, and finally figuring out why that plate is so important ~ it’s totally worth it.
Parking
For guest parking, there are 3 options:
1. Street parking as of 6:30pm on evenings is free & there is parking all down Franklin Street.
2. Pay lots (2 located cattycorner to each other at the intersection of Travis & Franklin) & one located at Fannin & Franklin. These are all within a block of us.
3. Hotel Icon has valet parking (entrance located on Congress between Main & Travis) – also within a block of us.
